You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. Six Nations of the Grand River (SNGR) departments reserve the right to validate account information including but not limited to client name, date of birth, and address. Valid photo ID proof may be requested for account verification. We may require you to verify your identity during registration or at any time while using our services.

The personal information collected will be used for registration purposes of SNGR programs and facility rentals.

Information Collected: When you sign up for an Xplor Recreation account, we collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, and payment information.

Purpose of Collection: We collect this information to provide you with our services, process your transactions, communicate with you, and improve our offerings.

Data Retention: We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected and to comply with legal obligations.

Data Security: We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.

User Rights: You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information.

By registering, you acknowledge, understand and consent to the sharing of personal information with SNGR departments.

You understand that the SNGR departments will not disclose personal information outside its organization for purposes other than the identified purposes except with your consent or as otherwise permitted by applicable law.

You understand SNGR departments will protect personal information in a secure manner and will keep all personal information for as long as is necessary to satisfy the purposes of collection.

You understand SNGR departments will destroy or erase personal information that is no longer required and in accordance with legislative retention requirements.

You understand that we implement appropriate measures to protect your personal data, but we cannot guarantee absolute security.

General

1. It is recommended that your physician be consulted prior to the start of any physical activity.
2. Facility hours of operation are subject to change.
3. Rates are subject to change, pending SNGR Elected Council approval.
4. SNGR departments are committed to providing a safe and harassment-free environment. Coarse language, physical, aggressive, disrespectful, or uncooperative behavior is not acceptable.  If inappropriate behavior occurs, it may result in removal from the program and/or facility.
5. Failure to co-operate with all rules and regulations may result in the suspension or revocation of program/activity registration and any associated booking privileges.
6. SNGR departments are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from your use of our facilities or participation in activities, except where required by law.
7. SNGR departments reserve the right and authority to:
•  enforce any conditions including the facility agreement terms and conditions and applicable schedules
• refuse admittance to or remove any persons as the SNGR departments may deem objectionable from the facility
• and have an employee or representative of SNGR present in the facility at any time during the scheduled period of use
